Stephanie Davis-Maddox, M.B.A.
Stephanie is a Dade City native with a passion for helping people, specifically seniors. She attended Oklahoma State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing (minoring in Business Management) and then came home to Dade City, FL to attend Saint Leo University where she finished her M.B.A. program in 2013. She then began her career and has been working in the healthcare industry ever since. With a background in Marketing, Stephanie came to The Edwinola as the Marketing Director when it re-opened as an Assisted Living Facility in 2017. After 3 years as the Marketing Director and successfully opening 3 levels of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care) she took on the role of Executive Director in January of 2020. Stephanie is married with 1 son and when she is not at work Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, competing throughout the United States in hunting field trials with her competition fox hounds and giving back to our Dade City community through Dade City Rotary, a community service organization.
Jaylin Gant, Marketing Director
Jaylin Gant is a Dade City native, born and raised here locally. She Graduated high school with honors and continued her education at Pasco-Hernando State College, where she played softball for two years and obtained her AA degree. Currently she coaches a softball team with the local Dade City Little League, being an active community figure and leader for our youth. She is a proud dog mom to a beautiful boxer, Zeus, and she loves spending her free time surrounded by her friends and family.
Chrissie Ryker, LPN
Chrissie was born in Winchester, Tennessee, but has lived in Dade City, Florida most of her life. She is married with two sons. Chrissie has worked in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years and graduated from what is now Pasco-Hernando State College with her LPN almost 12 years ago. She comes to us from Westbrook Manor Assisted Living in Zephyrhills, Florida and is excited to be back home in Dade City at The Edwinola. When not at work Chrissie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband camping, riding four wheelers and working in their yard. We are so blessed to have her as part of our team.
Amanda Brierley, Admissions Coordinator
Amanda was born and raised in Rhode Island. She moved to Florida in 2003 and is the proud mom of a teenage son. In her spare time, Amanda loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as hunting for vintage and antique treasures. Amanda comes to us with experience as an Admissions Coordinator for a long term acute care hospital, as well as several years as the Business Manager for a foster care group home. She is currently pursuing her bachelors’ degree in Business and Healthcare Management, and looks forward to making your family’s transition to The Edwinola as smooth as possible.
Alexis Schlitt, Memory Care Marketing Director
Alexis is from Belleair, Florida and came with a passion for Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness. She attended Saint Leo University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing (minoring in Art) in 2021. She began her love for memory care back in high school when she volunteered with the life enrichment program at a retirement community. She then began her career in marketing at a gymnastics studio before coming to The Edwinola. Alexis is a retired college athlete and competed in collegiate cheerleading and acrobatics & tumbling. She is continuing her education to obtain her master’s degree and enjoys spending time with her sorority sisters. Alexis also enjoys working on her bucket list to travel to all 50 states!
Anthony David aka "Chef Tony"
Our very own Chef Tony moved to Florida five years ago and is our Dietary Manager. He has over 20 years of culinary and restaurant management experience, in fact, while living in Ohio Chef Tony owned his own bistro called Tony D’s Grille & Cafe in downtown Chagrin Falls. In addition to his restaurant experience he comes to us with an extensive knowledge in senior dietary and dining needs thanks to his many years in senior living and care. When not in the kitchen Chef can be found running his son and daughter to and from various activities and chasing around their dog Hercules. The food is always delicious here at The Edwinola thanks to Chef Tony!
Princess was born and raised right here in sunny Florida. She is married with four sons and has 12 grandchildren. She has worked as a Business Office Manager for almost 10 years after previously working as a CNA and Medicaid Specialist for over 16 years. In her free time she enjoys gardening and coaching 5 & 6 year olds in cheerleading who recently came in 2nd place at their state competition. She also teaches a teenage Sunday school Bible class at her church and loves time spent with her grandchildren. We are beyond blessed to have her here at The Edwinola.
Diane oversees the Activities Department for Assisted Living, Memory Care & Independent Living at The Edwinola. She has worked in healthcare field for approximately 30 years. She started in the field of radiology. The last 13 years has been in assisted living facilitating activities programming.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandson. She is anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby girl to the family. Her many hobbies include crafts, antiquing, watching old movies and has a life-long passion for horses.
Kay Morgan, LPN, Wellness Assistant
Kay Morgan was born in Quincey, Florida. She moved to Missouri, where she lived for 20 years and raised her two boys. She is married and has 4 grandchildren, whom she loves dearly! She graduated from Arkansas State University in 2001 with her LPN License, and has practiced for 19 years now! We are proud to have her as our Assistant Wellness Director. On her free time she loves to relax with her family and go on fun adventures.
